Our Mandate
Altiora Health Ventures is an operator-led fund investing in European MedTech companies from Seed to Series B. Our four founding partners have collectively built, led, and exited across Europe's diagnostics, medtech, and clinical infrastructure landscape.
We invest €0.5–3m at entry, with reserves for up to €6m per company and a target ownership of 10–25%. Our primary geography is Europe, with selective North American exposure where portfolio companies require it.
We do not invest passively. We bring clinical validation expertise, regulatory strategy, commercial network access, and operational discipline to every board seat — the same capabilities that built SYNLAB into Europe's leading diagnostics network.
Investment Themes
We concentrate capital in areas where operator insight creates durable asymmetry — not broad medtech generalism.
